ViewTrak's PG-100 Electronic Pork Grader allows plants to electronically measure and grade pork carcasses in less than three seconds. ViewTrak's technology is used across Canada , US and in many Mexican plants as the basis of payments to the pork producer.
ViewTrak's DT-500 Data Collection System is specially designed to work in the harsh slaughterhouse environment. DT-500 terminals are placed wherever the meat packer is collecting critical data such as carcass weight or grade and ViewTrak's software creates an electronic file that is accessible in real time.

The Company is working with the Canadian Cattle ID Agency and a number of beef plants to help them implement new electronic identification regulations. ViewTrak's goal is to establish a strong installed base of systems in the pork and beef industries in Canada , and use this base to expand globally.
ViewTrak's own kill floor data capture system combines ViewTrak's DT-500 data capture computers with sophisticated software in a fully networked environment to produce a bullet proof system for capturing, sorting and correlating kill floor data, in real time. Gone are the days of collecting data and batch processing at the end of a shift. While in ViewTrak's system all data collection nodes are networked to a central control and collection computer, each DT-500 data collection node can collect and store data, independent of the overall network status.
ViewTrak's new data collection software features a full graphic user interface (GUI) giving each operator a full view of their current position, station, and system status. This full screen display eliminates confusion, allowing operators to see exactly which carcass they are currently working on.
The system runs on the computer industry's leading commercially available real time operating system. Users are not committed to a proprietary O/S, increasing flexibility and reliability.

Carcass data is available in real time
Data on each carcass is entered by an operator or via a direct data connection to the DT-500 terminal. As data is entered, the carcass on the screen changes color.
Information about each carcass is collected and can be displayed at any time by touching a carcass image on the screen.
All the carcass data is available in real time for office usage in any format (i.e. a Word document, a spreadsheet, a database) and on any platform (i.e. Windows 98, Windows NT, AS400) at any time.
Management can access the DT-500 system from any authorized remote location either through an existing internal network or the Internet.
