Needle Tooth Grinder
Pigmatic 110 and Health Pro are instruments for grinding the needle teeth of piglets. The grinding element is a high-speed diamond-coated grindstone inserted in a specially designed guard. This prevents damage to the sensitive gum tissue in the mouth. The guide tip quickly and easily grinds just the top third of the needle teeth. Grinding eliminates the broken teeth and the gum damages that can be caused by conventional nippers.

Butane Tail Docker
The Pigmatic 120 tail docker is a portable, gas-heated instrument for docking tails. It is recommended for use on piglets during the first 24 hours.
The burner blade heats to approximately 450º C (800º F), which cauterizes as it cuts. This results in a clean, sealed cut, eliminating bleeding and reducing the need for medication.
The Pigmatic 120 reduces mortality and abscesses due to infection and is less traumatic to the piglet than most conventional methods. The Pigmatic 120 features a gas burner that is easily refilled from a standard cigarette lighter butane canister. Each refill will provide approximately 90 minutes of operation.
The Pigmatic 120 is constructed of stainless steel for a long life.

Doppler pregnancy tester for sows
The DigiPreg is an accurate pregnancy tester based on the well-established Doppler effect for "fail-safe" testing. If the signal is heard, the sow is pregnant. The rechargeable batteries provide power for 3 hours of constant use or 6 hours of typical operation.
The DigiPreg helps minimizing production costs and reduces labor costs with early pregnancy detection.

Piglog 105 is a management tool that accurately evaluates the lean potential from a live animal in a cost-effective manner. The Piglog 105 is a compact fully portable backfat and loin muscle depth scanner and data-logger that can store information from up to 1,000 animals. Due to its data-logging capabilities, Piglog 105 can be programmed to calculate the age of the animal, the daily gain and other information.
Fat-O-Meat'er
The Fat-O-Meat'er is a hand-held optical probe used to measure fat and muscle thickness in predefined locations on the carcass. Based on the measurements a formula is used to predict the total lean meat percentage. The Fat-O-Meat'er was the world's first semi-objective grading system and with its reliable and accurate results, it has established itself as the industry standard.
